Exchange Policy - If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or text (984) 242-7257 so we can make it right! Please contact us before proceeding with the below.
We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 10 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice.
Please list the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed.
There are no refunds except in cases of damaged candles/containers - must be proven and reported within 48 hours of receipt. All shipments are sent with insurance to help keep breakage costs down.
